Sophia's first REAL bath! She loved it! I was worried because the sponge baths were not so high up on her list but she was so chilled out hanging out in that hammock. It was cute, and she didn't cry once. Note: Check out her little pot belly- how cute!
This morning Sophia decided she was going to show off her smile. Now- I'm not calling this a gas smile cause the little booger was smiling her head of for nearly 10 minutes. 1 smile is a gas smile- 5 smiles, nope, those are real smiles. This is the best one I caught on camera... guess she really loves that bouncer!
Now for Mommy's first: Mommy's first bedtime story/ultimatum. It went something like this:
"Yes little boogey, we are going to sleep now. And you are going to have lots of happy dreams and you are going to go to sleep right now so mommy can get some sleep and not go crazy. And yes we are going to swaddle you up tonight and yes you are going to like it *starts swaddling* See! Now you are Mommy's little glow worm and glow worms are happy, sleeping worms. Oh, you rather be Mommy's little burrito. Fine, now you are a burrito. Now quit fussing, because you are getting wrapped up and you can fight as much as you want but you won't wear your mittens and you take your hat off and you scream until 4 in the morning so this time Mommy is going to win and we are doing it MY way and you WILL like it."
She slept in 4 hr increments and didn't scream once. My bedtime stories ROCK.
