So, being as me and Christopher enjoy going to festivals (Feast, Taste, etc.) and we also are notorious for making quick stops into places just to kill some time, I've been wondering about these slings. I still want a stroller for those times when you'll be out longer or its easier to maneuver with a stroller or just taking walks etc. but I really would like a swing/wrap for all those other times. What do you think of this one? I'm thinking that I really like it. If you click instructions at the top of the screen it will show all the different ways to wrap it (there are about 8 or more haha). Granted its a bit pricey so its not something we would get today (or even need when she is born) but I want to research my options. I've also looked at the hotslings (basically a long piece of fabric sewn together on the ends to create a hoop) but I don't think I like them as much- there aren't a lot of options for carrying with that one. Or the ring slings. I've registered for a basic pouch sling which would be fine when she is little- this would be more for in the summer. What do you think?
On another note- my doctors appointment is on Thursday. I have to do my glucose test so we'll see how that goes. I'm kind of curious to see how pregnancy effects the diabetes- although I'm not getting my hopes up for not failing this but we will see. I also have to get some shots which I don't know what those are- don't remember! Next Tuesday is our first birthing class- stay tuned for the update Tuesday night, I'm sure it'll be hilarious! There isn't much else going on besides that. I've been slowly working on the nursery. I'm trying to time it out so I won't finish to early so that way I've something to look forward to in between Christmas and her birth!
