Top Chef

Sophia has a new past time...COOKING! Or trying anyways. One day she was practically climbing up my leg to see what I was doing so I got my Dad's step ladder from outside and pulled it up so she could stand and watch and she decided to help. I was making Parmesan crusted tilapia and I put her in charge of the breading (ritz crackers and Parmesan.)

Although she is in the process of dumping a spoonful of breading all over the floor in this picture, she just looks so dang proud of herself that I couldn't be mad at her!

Tonight she helped me with chocolate chip cookies. But she made a bigger mess than the time in the pictures and she didn't even want to eat the end result!
